Calyx Point is a good software suite to input the 1009 application into.

Pros:

it is an industry standard, has security options when exporting files and runs quickly when compared to some other software suites.

Cons:

Sometimes difficult to configure with lenders to link into their systems to lock rates and so forth.  (New Century was a pain to get this to work right, but now they are gone)
Software has a lot of options and can take a while to get accustomed to.

Bottom line:

Its an industry standard and affordable at about $100 per license plus activation costs.  The sofware is stable and can import and export files.
