The subprime or ALT-A market has completely shifted since last year (2006) where almost anyone in the mid 500 FICO range could purchase a
home. If you have been in the Real estate industry for at least a couple of years you have seen this. Most agents did not spend the
time to coach their clients on their credit either because they themselves don't know how to or they felt it was a lost cause to even try to
