Eurekaware, to my surprise is awesome! take the test drive and you will probably buy it unless you favor Top Producer more than it.

Pros:

The most effective real estate software that I have found that is super affordable $89
Integrates into your outlook so you dont have to re-learn a whole new system
Available offline and as part of your outlook software.

Cons:

Its not Top Producer and cant integrate fully into a template website for your listings but other than that one feature I cant find many other cons.
Tech support is doen via Email/Online

Bottom line:

Rich or broke this program is a gem and everyone can afford it.  Buy it, you wont be sorry.
