All I can say is WOW!!! If you are in commercial real estate or looking into getting into commercial real estate then this is the most comprehensive and extensive software that I have found as of May 2007.

Pros:

It does EVERYTHING that you could possible need from getting new clients and keeping them to researching properties, getting maps and tons more information

Cons:

The cost is a little hefty starting at $695 for REALHOUND IP AND $1,195 for REALHOUND IP PROFESSIONAL

Bottom line:

If you are in commercial real estate this program will help you streamline what you are already doing.  It's definately worth the investment.
