Simpleremote is a decent option for a fixed price. Personally I spend hours learning the software and probably only utilizing 10-20% of what it does.

Pros:

Fixed price and affordable
Does everything you could want it to do
you can always get a-hold of a sales person at simpleremote

Cons:

The software is way too complex for me, even with some tutorials its way confusing.
Good luck with tech support until you PAY for the full version
my outlook had a few problems synching with the software (but they say the full version has less problems) B.S.
sales people are disrespectful and seem like they are starving without your one sale.

Bottom Line:

If the software was any good it would sell itself and it doesn't.  First make it more user friendly, second treat your customers nicely even if they are just looking.

It costs $189 but I wouldnt pay them $20 for it in its present state of nonfunctionality.
