Top Producer is a great tool that does too much to list.  I personally have used the software quite a bit and probably utilize less than 30% of what it can do.

Pros:

Updates are automatic because everything is online
Awesome CMA's made easy
a really cool email address at the topprpducer.com domain name (may impress some clients)
good database like contact management
awesome tech support and training if needed
also allow you to connect into your website if you purchase through them
they backup and store all of your data

Cons:

It can be slow if you are on dialup Internet or using a cellphone tethered to a laptop for Internet
If you have no Internet connection you cannot use the software
monthly fees add up over time (it would be cheaper if a $500 software package that is locally installed after a couple of years)
You can export into top producer ealisy but getting your data back out can be a BIG PAIN.

Bottom line:

If you dont mind paying monthly payments forever, you do get an awesome product.  If you want to BUY something rather than RENT then you might want to check out some other options that are out there.

Also if you are computer handicapped and want a website for your listings this is the EASIEST way to go.
